And regarding my background, my professionalism and business acumen are underpinned by both B.S. and M.S. degrees from Baylor University, Business Management programs at Rice and Southern Methodist Universities, and a long and successful career in the corporate world, as a geoscientist and energy executive, both domestically and internationally.

 

And on the personal side, I am a family guy, married to the same wonderful woman for over 40 years, father of four, grandparent of two, and a perennial dog parent. I am an outdoors enthusiast and an international traveler, having ventured off from Texas and lived in Cairo, Egypt for 14 years along the way. I enjoy far off places, the beach, the lake, golf, and life in the Texas Hill Country. I am also an avid International Rugby fan, a College Football and Professional Baseball fan, and love the Theater and Live Music.
